When I moved to Northern Idaho unexpectedly, I needed a job fast and found a bilingual Customer Support Representative position at Corporate Tools. Even though I had no experience working in a corporate office environment—my background was in non-profits and running my own business—I decided to give it a shot. I quickly moved into a coaching position and, within a year and a half, found myself in my current role as Special Teams/Customer Service manager, where I’ve been for almost three years.
Once I was in the door, everything about Corporate Tools and the people we serve just clicked for me. As one of the few bilingual specialists, I was helping customers across multiple teams and learning the ropes fast, until I became one of the go-to people for answers. Having to step up early on like that helped me grow quickly so that I was able to take on more responsibility and bigger roles in the company. Over the years I’ve seen the company grow rapidly from just a few offices into a large nationwide company. Since then, I’ve been able to grow new teams from the ground up and highlight specialized teams that had gone unnoticed.
I’m a fixer at heart, and Corporate Tools gives me the space to fix things while trusting me to make the right decisions. This job has allowed me to build a life in Idaho, especially during times when I needed extra flexibility. I get to do meaningful work in the office and still have time for my family. I had no idea that I would develop a career here when I first started, but I’ve come to appreciate the company’s straightforward approach, and I’m excited to see where the next step in my journey takes me.

I’ve been the coach for Building Sites at Corporate Tools for about six months, where my main focus is helping Customer Support Representatives in Texas, one of our highest volume states. Before stepping into this role, I spent two years here as a Customer Support Representative, primarily working with our chat feature. During that time, I actually left the company to try something entirely different, but it didn’t take long before I realized that Corporate Tools was where I wanted to be. I asked to come back, and now, in total, I’ve been working here for almost three years.
I initially found this job while just looking for something to support myself. The responsibilities seemed reasonable, and the flexible and down-to-earth culture I saw on the website really drew me in. What continues to impress me about Corporate Tools (and ultimately drew me back) was how seriously the company takes the mental and physical health of its employees. They’ve always been supportive when colleagues have needed flexibility, and the option to work from home made a big difference for me.
Over time, I discovered that I loved helping people, not just customers but my teammates here as well. I didn’t know I wanted to be a coach, but now I’ve found that mentoring employees and guiding them is even more rewarding than client interactions. In this role, your team becomes your people, and it’s amazing to be in a place where you can use your strengths to make a real difference.

I’ve been the Loyalty Operations manager since April 2024, but I joined Corporate Tools as a Customer Support Representative in August 2020, looking for a stable job with good benefits where I could work in peace. After feeling burnt out from previous management roles, I wanted something I could leave behind at the end of the day. But the work-life balance was great here, and I felt no hesitation when I was encouraged early on to move into coaching. I faced some steep learning curves, but I really valued the chance to grow as a leader and explore different kinds of products.
In March 2022, I was given the opportunity to manage several high-value teams, which has became one of my all-time favorite roles. It helped me to really think outside the box, and Corporate Tools gave me the freedom to test new ideas, which in turn led to the growth of my teams and the acquisition of great clients. It was in that role that I realized the impact I could have through developing people and helping teams succeed.
Leadership and customer service have always been a no-brainer natural fit for me, and it’s rewarding to watch colleagues grow and succeed. I thought I was looking for a job I could just clock in and out of, but I realized I needed something with a great culture, which I found here. I realized it wasn’t an easy job I needed, but one with a great environment where I could be challenged.

I was hired at Corporate Tools in early 2019 back when my kids were young and I needed a job with stability and a fair work-life balance—I had just come from a job as a director of a nonprofit and was craving some clear boundaries. I wanted to come in, do what needed to be done, and be able to go home and disconnect. But soon I was caught up in the excitement of being part of the company’s really rapid growth and was taking on more responsibilities, like handling escalated customer issues and helping figure out how to maintain team cohesion during the early pandemic days.
I was a coach for about two years and worked with some great teams, but eventually a position with the marketing team opened for a content writer, which I had always imagined myself doing. So I went for it, got the position, and I really enjoyed it. But it wasn’t long before I saw a position open for Content Manager that would let me use both my content writing and the leadership skills I’d already learned with the company, which is where I am now.
What I love about Corporate Tools is the ability to continuously evolve. I’m always chasing some new ambition, and there have always been open doors here for me to pursue them. I’ve always found opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities. I’ve gained new skills, new titles, and new specialties that all build on each other and keep me engaged.

The Accounting team at Corporate Tools ensures bills are paid, get paychecks out on time, and oversee efficient resource allocation—all while upholding the highest standards of integrity across our operations. They’re also responsible for securely monitoring and processing client transactions for added peace of mind.
Mail Team
The people on our Mail Team are known for their meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. These individuals play a huge role in handling, shipping, and receiving the sensitive documents that we deal with every day. With a commitment to efficiency and precision, they ensure that all documents are organized and accessible, supporting seamless operations across our organization.
Filing
Our Filing department manages the accurate and prompt submission of client documents to state agencies. This team ensures all necessary documents and regulatory paperwork are accounted for and correct, keeping our clients’ companies compliant and up-to-date with state requirements.
People Ops
Our People Ops department is driven by the desire to create a fulfilling workplace for our employees. The work done on this team sets the tone for an environment where people feel heard, valued, and challenged to reach their best potential. Here we foster effective communication across the organization to allow for the freedom to do great things.
Training
