Payroll Manager
Overview:
Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is hiring a Payroll Manager. As a Payroll Manager at Corporate Tools, you’ll oversee all aspects of payroll processing to ensure our employees are compensated accurately and on time. This role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with various departments to maintain seamless payroll functions.
This position is coded as “Hybrid” which means that after initial training and onboarding, occasional remote work is available 1-2 days/week
Wage:
Up to $80,000/year

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant, professional experience
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience
- Flexible attitude to contribute to overall success of the business
- Excellent working knowledge of payroll concepts
Requirements:
- Payroll processing and administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Responsible for development and support of payroll team members
- Reporting and reconciliations
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records and general ledger accounts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
